Mr. Mow It All Lawncare was started in the spring of 2019 by owner Tyler Schaap with one simple goal: do the work the right way and build something that lasts.
Tyler is a 2015 Northview graduate who originally studied culinary arts in high school and college. After working a summer job outdoors, he realized something. He would rather build and maintain properties than stand in a kitchen. That passion turned into a business.
Today, Mr. Mow It All serves homeowners and commercial clients across Rockford, Cedar Springs, Comstock Park, Belmont, and surrounding North Grand Rapids communities.
Owner-Operated Means Accountable
He still manages maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation. He still walks properties. He still makes sure the details are handled.
The business added team members in 2021 to support growth, but the standard has not changed. Every job reflects the reputation of the owner.
